This mini oil painting is titled "Mrs. Vanderbilt's Tea House" and is 8x6". The painting is from the backyard of Marble House, Newport, Rhode Island. This view is from looking out from the ballroom out to the Atlantic Ocean. Apparently, gatherings held here were sometimes in support of women's right to vote. Alva Vanderbilt was from what I can tell a very progressive, cool lady way ahead of her time. I love how the Asian tea house structure really stands out along the coastal row of traditional European mansions.
The 8x6" stretched canvas is unframed and ships via US Post Office First Class Mail with tracking.
